Shipping Policy

At JewelryByTanysha, we offer PAN India shipping for our products. All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Nagoan, Assam, North-East India. We use the services of a third-party delivery service provider, namely Shiprocket, to handle the shipping of orders placed by our users.

Shipment Time: Once we successfully receive a delivery order, we aim to deliver the order within minimum 7 business days to maximum 10 business days, provided the products are available in stock.

Shipping Cost:Prepaid Shipping cost is to be borne by us.
For COD orders we charge INR 100 per order delivery address within India.

Delivery Time: We rely on Shiprocket for shipping our products, and their estimated delivery time is usually within 7 to 10 working days across all parts of India. Please note that the delivery time may vary due to factors such as product availability, weather conditions, transit time, destination address or any unforeseen circumstances.

Checking Order Status and Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your order within the communicated delivery period or have any concerns, please contact us at jewelrybytanysha@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

RTO/Undelivered Shipment: We are not liable for undelivered shipments or Return to Origin (RTO) due to incorrect addresses or misinformation provided during the order placement, or if you are unavailable at the time of delivery. If a shipment returns to us, we will process a refund (excluding the shipping charges). If you wish to have the order reshipped, the shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.

Risk of Loss: Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, phone number, and pin code to avoid any issues with delivery. We and our delivery partners do not accept liability for losses arising from incorrect delivery information or failure to collect the products from the specified delivery address.
