REFUND POLICY:-


At JewelryByTanysha, we want to emphasize that we do not accept returns or offer refunds. We only process refunds in the form of store credit. Therefore, please carefully review all product details, including size and color, before placing your order. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.
Items purchased during sales, using discount codes, or gift cards are non-returnable.


RETURN POLICY:-

We take pride in the quality of our jewelry. We accept returns only in the event of damage during shipping. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact on the same delivery day to claim via email or phone with your order number in the subject line and attach clear images displaying any defects in the products. However, the damaged item MUST meet the following criteria:-

MUST have an unfiltered and unedited unboxing video to serve as valuable documentation in the event of any issues with the products, such as damage, missing items, or incorrect products.
MUST be unworn and show no signs of wear or damage.
MUST be in its original condition with tags still attached (if any).
MUST be returned in all original packaging (including box and pouch).

Upon approval, we will provide you with return instructions, and upon receipt of the damaged item, we will promptly replace it.

Transit and Delivery:

Once an order is in transit, we are unable to process refunds or cancellations. Delays in delivery, beyond our control, do not qualify for refunds or cancellations. Likewise, once an order has been processed, refunds or cancellations cannot be initiated.

Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address/contact details provided by the customer, the refund processed (excluding shipping charges) within 3-5 business days.The customer bears reshipping charges if they want the products. Failure to report any issues within the same delivery day of receiving the products will result in no refund or exchange initiation.


Declined Prepaid Orders:

In the event that a customer declines a prepaid order upon delivery, we will not be liable to offer any form of refund.

Exclusions:


Please note, returns or refunds are not accepted for reasons other than shipping damage and cover damage or loss of Zirconia stones.If you have concerns about fit or style, we recommend contacting us before making your purchase for personalized advice.
